Victorian Girls and the Environment

When you take care of nature it has a way of paying back.  Victorian girls is a family that firmly believes in conserving the environment. The school has a policy where the students commit to plant not less than 1000 trees each year.  In the last two years the students have planted over 2500 trees in Githunguri and donated another 750 tree seedlings. The seedlings were donated by the Turkish Embassy in Kenya and Green Movement Africa.

The projection is that in the next 5years the students will have helped plant over 10,000 trees.
